Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Veyra.win ("Veyra", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Veyra is

Veyra is a third-party UI Hub and script distribution platform related to Roblox. Veyra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

4. Keys, HWID & access

License keys, HWID locks, resets, and script access are provided as-is and may expire, be revoked, rate-limited, or changed at any time. Keys are non-transferable unless we say otherwise. Circumventing HWID locks, sharing keys, or automating abuse may result in permanent ban without refund.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activity under applicable law
• Attack, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service beyond normal use
• Distribute malware, steal credentials, or harm other users
• Misrepresent affiliation with Veyra or Roblox
• Resell access without written permission

You alone are responsible for how you use scripts obtained through Veyra, including compliance with Roblox Terms of Use, game rules, and local law. Veyra does not instruct you to violate third-party terms.

6. No warranties

THE SERVICE, SCRIPTS, KEYS, AND ALL RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that scripts will work in any game or executor.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEYRA AND ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND HOSTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL; ACCOUNT BANS ON ROBLOX OR OTHER PLATFORMS; DEVICE DAMAGE; OR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF SCRIPTS OR THIRD-PARTY TOOLS — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in the 90 days before the claim, or (b) USD $10.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Veyra and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your scripts usage, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or terms (including Roblox).

9. Third-party services

Key unlocks may use third-party link providers (e.g. Linkvertise). Their terms apply to those steps. We are not responsible for third-party ads, redirects, or data practices.

10. Content & IP

Veyra branding, site design, and platform code remain ours. Scripts may be owned by their authors. You get a limited, revocable license to use hub features as offered — nothing more. We may remove content at our discretion.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including suspected abuse. Sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) survive termination.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
