1. Scope

This Policy explains what Veyra.win ("we", "us") collects when you use the Service. By using Veyra you acknowledge this Policy. See also our Terms of Service.

2. Data we collect

• Account: email, optional display name, password hash (not plaintext password)
• License: key values, expiry, revoke status, HWID strings you submit via the executor, reset timestamps and counts
• Usage: script execution counts, basic request metadata needed to operate auth and anti-abuse
• Email delivery: when Resend is configured, we send verification / staff invite mail through that provider

We do not intentionally collect payment card numbers on-site for free key unlocks. Third-party link/ad networks may collect their own data under their policies.

3. How we use data

We use data to:

• Create and secure accounts, verify email, and sign you in
• Issue, validate, and revoke keys; bind and reset HWID
• Deliver scripts and operate staff moderation tools
• Prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and improve reliability
• Comply with law when required

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery such as Resend) solely to run the Service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service against abuse or security threats.

5. Cookies & sessions

We use session cookies (or equivalent) to keep you signed in to the customer dashboard or staff panel. Clearing cookies signs you out.

6. Retention

We keep account and license records while your account exists and for a reasonable period afterward for security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account by emailing support; we may retain minimal records where required (e.g. bans, fraud).

7. Security

We use industry-common practices (hashed passwords, encrypted secrets where applicable). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Use a unique password.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). Do not register if you are under that age. Parents/guardians who believe a child registered should contact us.

9. Your choices

You may update account details in the dashboard where available, request verification email resend, or contact us to ask about access/deletion subject to legal limits.

10. International users

The Service may be hosted in jurisdictions different from yours. By using Veyra you understand your data may be processed where our providers operate.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a new version here. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
